LOW INCOME HOUSING TAX CREDIT (LIHTC)

MLCM offers a one-day Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) training which includes a brief background on the LIHTC program, with an emphasis being placed on Income/Asset Calculations, Qualifying a Household, Re-certifications, and Compliance. The class is very beneficial to new property managers or managers who may just need to refresh their knowledge.  

 

All participants receive a Certificate of Attendance and a resourceful user’s manual related to this training.
