Sharon Brodish, Compliance Specialist, has 10 years of property management experience in the affordable housing industry including the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, Rural Housing, and Section 8 programs. Sharon is a certified Housing Credit Compliance Professional (HCCP), Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C3P), and Rural Development S.T.A.R..
Ms. Brodish's duties consist of maintaining open and ongoing communication with her portfolio of clients in order to continue to provide excellent customer service; assisting clients by clarifying tax credit practices and procedures; reviewing tenant files for eligibility and compliance issues; generating reports; and assisting with preparation of training and related materials.
