MAXINE LEBO
Maxine Lebo, Compliance Specialist, has 13 years of property management experience in the affordable housing industry including the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, Section 8, and Tax Exempt Bond Programs, and she has worked with nationally known management firm Interstate Realty Management. Maxine is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and maintains a current license as a Notary Public for the state of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Lebo’s duties consist of maintaining open and ongoing communication with her portfolio of clients in order to continue to provide excellent customer service; assisting clients by clarifying tax credit practices and procedures: reviewing tenant files for eligibility and compliance issues; generating reports; and assisting with preparation of training and related materials.
